| Title | Recommender Systems in Action |
| Abstract | Inspired by the Netflix competition, we proposed several companies to run some real-life tests with recommender systems. Two of them, SANOMA (http://www.sanoma-uitgevers.nl/nl-header-English.php) and ECI (www.eci.nl) agreed to participate in the experiments, while TheCircle (www.thecircle.ac) sponsored the whole project. During my talk I will discuss the two cases in more depth, present first results, and formulate some research questions that emerged during the project. |
