Abstract |
There is a growing number of interventions that aim to support people to lead a healthier life. However, many of these interventions follow a “one-size-fits-all” approach, instead of taking individual differences into account. In the Active2Gether project, we aim to develop a coaching system that encourages people to be more physically active, through awareness of the physical and social context and tailored coaching strategies. During this presentation, I will talk about our progress in extracting information from the combination of location data and activity data. This forms the basis for one of the methods to tailor our coaching system to individual differences.
In addition, I want to introduce you to the new magazine about science in Amsterdam, aptly called “Amsterdam Science”. |
