| Abstract |
Most of you probably have at least heard about the Network Institute’s Tech Labs (http://www.networkinstitute.org/techlabs ), but often people wonder: “What’s in it for me?”. Put roughly the Tech Labs help you conduct research or give classes using technology. That’s great, but that still doesn’t answer your question.
So let’s turn it around. Tell me beforehand about your research interests and/or educational needs. Just a few lines is enough and if it’s technology related all the better. Then during the meeting I’ll try to come up with examples or suggestions how the Tech Labs might be able to help you.
The purpose it not to come up with ready-made projects that we can pick up, but much more to give you a much better idea of how the Tech Labs could help you do your work.
So please supply me with: research interests, technological ideas/questions/issues, project ideas using technology, educational needs, ….
